I’m Chardae Hubbard, and I serve as the PYP Coordinator at Rose Stein International in Lakewood, Colorado. Since 2017, I’ve taught at three different PYP schools across Colorado, working as a 1st and 3rd grade classroom teacher and later on becoming a Digital Teacher Librarian. These experiences have given me a holistic view of how the IB framework empowers all stakeholders to take meaningful action. That empowerment is what fuels my passion for the IB because it’s something we desperately need in our current climate.
I’m eager to join the IBARMS board and continue the work of supporting our fellow educators in expanding and refining our practice through collaboration.
